Rum soaked apricots, raisins and dried cranberries enrobed in a sourdough organic white sweet bread flavoured with cardamom, cinnamon and citrus peel. A stripe of almond marzipan runs down the inside middle. The finished loaf is glazed in butter and powdered sugar. 700 g
