This free-form whole wheat sourdough is a blend of a maritime grown, stone ground heritage wheat, Red Fife (25%) and a Quebec grown and milled unsifted bread wheat flour (75%). The whole loaf is enrobed in sesame seeds, which are toasted to perfection as the loaf bakes on the stone floor of the wood-fired oven. Long oval shape, 750 grams.
